We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a vibrant, caring community — and we’re honored by the number of organizations and individuals who reach out for support. In recent months, we’ve received a growing number of requests for charitable contributions, both in goods and services. While we wish we could say yes to every single one, the truth is: we’re a small, family-run business with real-world responsibilities — including kids, a mortgage, and the day-to-day expenses that come with running a creative service-based company.
Because of this, we’ve created a few simple guidelines to help manage donation requests fairly and transparently:
Please Note:
- Our services are not tax-deductible.
As per IRS guidelines and our local business classification, donations made through our business do not qualify as tax-deductible contributions.
- Eligibility:
In order for us to consider a donation request, either the requester or the organization they represent must have purchased full price services from us within the past 12 months (on a rolling basis). This helps us prioritize support for the clients and communities who support our business.
- We can’t say yes to everything — and we hope you’ll understand.
While we truly admire the many great causes doing important work, we can only take on a limited number of donations each year. Our focus must remain on providing for our own family and sustaining the small business that supports us.
How to Submit a Request:
If your organization meets the criteria above, feel free to Info@ajcm.com to share your request. Please include:
- Your name and organization
- A brief summary of the cause or event
- How you’ve partnered with Birdsbill Mercantile in the past year
- The type of support you’re requesting
We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
