Seams

Basting
Do not pre-baste your quilt.
Animal Hair & Fragrance
Remove pet hair and avoid heavy fragrances.
Adhesives
Limit adhesive use, as it can affect the machine.

The final appearance of a quilt depends on fabric, piecing, and construction. Quilting may reveal characteristics inherent in the quilt top.
Quilts should be clean, pressed, and free of pet hair, lint, and strong odors.
