Batting inclusions vary by option. Finishing services, sales tax, and return shipping are priced separately when applicable.

These optional services are available with any quilting option unless otherwise noted.
Upon request, we’ll trim the excess batting and backing even with the edge of the quilt top after quilting. Trimming is required before Victory Stitch or machine binding.
A small zig-zag stitch around the raw edge to make binding easier.
Calculated using the total length of all four sides. Simply provide enough raw binding fabric with your quilt—no cutting, joining, pressing, or preparation is required. We’ll prepare the binding and complete the machine application for you. Complimentary trimming is included when machine binding is selected.
If your backing requires a simple seam, provide the backing fabric and we’ll piece it before loading your quilt.
Applies when a border is quilted separately from the main edge-to-edge design.
When available, rush service moves your quilt to the next available longarm opening. Availability must be confirmed by Birdsbill Mercantile.
Minimum Quilting Charge — $50
A minimum quilting charge of $50 applies to each quilt.
Maximum Quilt Width — 120 inches
The maximum quilt width we can accommodate on our longarm machines is 120 inches.
Final Measurements
Online estimates are based on the measurements you provide. Final quilting charges are calculated using the measurements taken after your quilt arrives at Birdsbill Mercantile.
Additional Charges
Finishing services, priority rush, applicable sales tax, and return shipping are not included in the base quilting price unless specifically stated.
Billing
No deposit is required. Your final invoice will be emailed after quilting and selected finishing services are complete. Payment is required before shipping or partner-shop return, or may be made at studio pickup.
