1. Complete the Online Intake Form
Tell us about your quilt, select your quilting tier, batting, thread, pattern, finishing options, and return preferences.
2. Check Your Confirmation Email
You’ll receive a copy of your submission along with the Birdsbill shipping address and a preparation checklist.
3. Prepare Your Quilt
Place your quilt top, backing, and batting—if providing your own—inside a clean plastic bag. Your backing must extend at least four inches beyond the quilt top on every side.
4. Package and Ship
Place the bagged quilt inside a sturdy shipping box. Choose a carrier that provides tracking and keep your tracking number until we confirm its arrival.
5. We’ll Confirm Its Arrival
We’ll inspect your quilt and contact you if we have any questions before quilting begins.
6. Final Invoice and Return Shipping
Your final invoice will be emailed to the address on your form. Once payment is complete, we’ll carefully package and ship your finished quilt home.
