Visiting Birdsbill Mercantile at an upcoming quilt show? Bring your finished quilt top and backing with you and leave them with us at our booth for professional longarm quilting.
We’ll have intake forms ready, a printed copy of our complete edge-to-edge pattern library to browse, and batting samples you can see and feel before making your selection. We’ll help you work through the available options and document your choices at the show.
On your intake form, choose return shipping to the address provided or in-person pickup at our Stanwood studio when your quilt is complete.
1. Find an eligible quilt show
Check the upcoming events listed below to see where Quilt Show Drop-Off will be available.
2. Prepare your quilt
Bring your quilt top, backing, and batting if supplying your own. Your backing must extend at least 4 inches beyond the quilt top on every side. Place everything in a clean, disposable plastic bag.
3. Visit the Birdsbill booth
Browse our printed edge-to-edge pattern library, compare batting samples, and talk with us about thread color, quilting style, and finishing options.
4. Complete your intake form
We’ll document your selections and confirm whether you want the finished quilt shipped to you or picked up at our Stanwood studio.
5. We quilt and contact you
We’ll complete your longarm quilting and email the final invoice to the email address listed on your intake form. We’ll then ship your quilt or contact you to schedule studio pickup, depending on the return method you selected.
