Quick Drop is an easy way to bring your quilt directly to our Stanwood studio without scheduling an appointment or meeting with us in person.
Complete the Quick Drop intake form online before arriving, place your quilt top, backing, and batting if supplying your own in a clean disposable plastic bag, and leave everything in our designated quilt drop box.
We’ll review your submission and contact you after your quilt has been safely received.
1. Complete the online intake form
Tell us about your quilt, choose your quilting service, batting, thread color, pattern preferences, finishing options, and return method.
2. Check your confirmation email
After submitting the form, you’ll receive an email with the exact drop-box location and access instructions.
3. Prepare and label your quilt
Place your quilt top, backing, and batting if supplying your own in a clean, disposable plastic bag. Your backing must extend at least 4 inches beyond the quilt top on every side. Clearly label the bag with your full name and phone number.
4. Leave your quilt in the drop box
Follow the instructions in your confirmation email and place the bagged quilt inside. No appointment or in-person meeting is required.
5. We confirm receipt
We’ll bring your quilt inside, match it to your online intake form, and contact you to confirm it has been safely received.
6. We quilt and return it
When the quilting is complete, we’ll email the final invoice to the email address on your form. We’ll then ship the quilt or contact you to schedule an in-person pickup, depending on the return method you selected.
